What services do we offer?
We can provide information on the following:

- Business Contract Hire (BCH)
We deal with multiple funding partners and a list is available upon request. All products are available via both Rivervale Cars Limited and Rivervale Minibus Limited.
Fees
- Rivervale Cars Limited charges a £262.80 (£219.00 + VAT) processing fee for each order. This fee covers vehicle delivery and order fulfilment and will be confirmed on your vehicle order form.
- No processing fees are charged for used vehicle purchases by Rivervale Cars Limited.
- Rivervale Minibus Limited does not charge any processing fees.
Commission Disclosure
Rivervale Cars Limited and Rivervale Minibus Limited operate as leasing brokers and used vehicle retailers. We are brokers, not lenders, and do not provide independent financial advice.
We receive commission and/or bonuses for introducing customers to leasing companies or finance providers. This may be pre-set, vary, and impact the amount payable by the customer.
Cancellation Fees
Consumers (Personal customers)
- Cancel within 14 days in writing to receive a full refund of the processing fee.
- After 14 days, no refund of the processing fee is given.
- Cancellation after 14 days incurs a £360 (including VAT) fee from Rivervale Cars Limited.
Business customers
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to businesses (sole traders, partnerships, companies).
- The processing fee will not be refunded upon cancellation.
- A cancellation fee of £300 + VAT will apply.
If Rivervale cancels the order or the vehicle is delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, the processing fee will be refunded, and no cancellation fee will apply.
Rivervale Minibus Limited does not charge cancellation fees.
What do you do if you have a complaint?
A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction, whether oral or written, and whether justified or not.
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly.

Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
Yes, we are covered by the FSCS. Compensation may be available if we are unable to meet our obligations, depending on the type of business and claim.
General insurance advice and arrangement is covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit. Compulsory insurance (e.g. motor insurance) is covered for 100% of the claim with no upper limit.
Finance products are not covered by this scheme.
