Our most popular 12-17 seat leasing vehicles for drivers without D1 entitlement
Under a Section 19 Permit volunteers, drivers not receiving payment or any other consideration, can drive a minibus with a GVW of 3.5 tonnes or under, on a standard car licence (other conditions apply).

If you are being paid to drive or are driving a vehicle with a GVW over 3.5 tonnes you require D1 entitlement, either inherited on licences obtained before 1 Jan 1997 or by taking the full D1 licence.
